Decision to this effect was taken at a meeting in Peshawar which was attended by District Sports Officer Jamshed Baloch, Pakhtunkhwa Archery Club president Sara Khan and TransAction Alliance president Farzana Jan.

The day-long festival was held at the Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium in Peshawar.

A cricket match, tug of war competition and a football match were also part of the competitions
